About the role

Kwamua, an Adcoar Ltd product, connects Kenyans with nearby, ID-verified providers for roadside help, home repairs, and cleaning: mechanics, plumbers, electricians, tow trucks, cleaners, and more, all in one app. We're looking for energetic campus graduates and active college students across Kenya to join our marketing team on a commission basis. You'll promote the Kwamua app within your campus, town, or personal network. This is a flexible, remote opportunity, no fixed schedule or office required. You market where you are, using your own networks and social media, and earn a commission for every user you bring on board who signs up on the app.

What you'll do

Promote the Kwamua app within your campus, town, or personal and social networks
Share Kwamua's sign-up link/referral code through WhatsApp, social media, posters, word of mouth, and campus groups
Explain how Kwamua works (connecting people with verified mechanics, plumbers, electricians, cleaners, and other local service providers) and guide potential users through signing up
Track your referrals and follow up to ensure sign-ups are completed
Represent the Kwamua brand professionally in your interactions

What we're looking for

Currently enrolled in college/university, or a recent campus graduate
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Active on social media and comfortable with digital/referral-based outreach
Self-motivated and able to work independently without supervision
A good network within your campus or local community
Own smartphone with reliable internet access
